Our Bryant 383KAV furnace as stopped. I still have power running to it from the electrical box. I also still have a solid red led on the circuit board. I did a test on the circuit board and all I get is a rapidly blinking led. The furnace is not twinned with another off the same thermostat. The code says to check for low power voltage and polarity problems. Not really sure how to check for a polarity problem. I'm also wondering if the circuit board has gone bad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Polarity is reverse wiring on in line, but most likely board has gone. New one is about third remake.
