The pilot light will blow out whenever the fan kicks on. Not a programmable thermostat. The heater has been set higher to 71 and 72 where I can hear it click on. But whenever the fan kicks on the pilot light goes out. What could be causing the issue? Model # MTHA-677ABFC-02

What is the make of the furnace and how old is it. It sounds like a cracked heat exchanger.

Be careful sometimes you don't get a second chance

The heater itself is 10 years old I'm not sure what the make of the heater is.

Is that a mobile home furnace? Any way you could upload a picture and give us a link to it?

At any rate, I think Marchvac nailed it.
