getting code of 31. have turned off elec. from fuse box as well as switch in closet. still blows cold air.

Reset the backdraft limit, located where the inducer meets the vent pipe.

It could be anything listed under that 31 code.

High winds will commonly trip the backdraft switch though.
We had strongs winds pass through here today.
