i have a carrier heater...fan runs...but heat never comes out...blows cold air...i found the red blinking light...1 fast 4 slow...what do i do? is there an easy way to reset?

Ignition proving failure, reset power and monitor your starting sequence.

After the fan runs for 90 seconds, your induced draft motor will run...

Your hot surface ignitor will glow...

your gas valve will click and open...

your flame sensor will detect your flame...

your furnace will heat up and the blower will run...

"Tip of the Day" Remember to remove power first.
