I have a heil ps80, is this a direct vent furnace? I can put it right out the side of the house? And can I tie my hot water tank int it. Thanks

I believe those are both category 1 appliances(metal flue pipe). You can tee them both together if you size the flue right. You cannot vent them on the side of your house. I think you can if you use a sideshot kit But that would be costly and ugly. What is wrong with the way it's vented now?

its not hooked up right now but inside on the tag it says vent type....direct it has an exhaust blower on it so i thought i could get rid of the exhaust pipe that runs all the way up through the middle of my house.

I really doubt it. They are designed to be used with a chimney. Has to be AGA/CGA and UL approved for code issues. Have specific pressure switch ratings designed for chimney use. LOTS of those units have cracked heat exchangers and/or popped compression rivets on the heat exchanger. I would get it checked properly. Buy a high efficiency furnace if you want to vent it thru a wall and go with a electric hot water heater to get rid of the chimney.
