I have a heil ps80, is this a direct vent furnace? I can put it right out the side of the house? And can I tie my hot water tank int it. Thanks

I believe those are both category 1 appliances(metal flue pipe). You can tee them both together if you size the flue right. You cannot vent them on the side of your house. I think you can if you use a sideshot kit But that would be costly and ugly. What is wrong with the way it's vented now?

You can't put a price on comfort! Be Safe.

its not hooked up right now but inside on the tag it says vent type....direct it has an exhaust blower on it so i thought i could get rid of the exhaust pipe that runs all the way up through the middle of my house.

I really doubt it. They are designed to be used with a chimney. Has to be AGA/CGA and UL approved for code issues. Have specific pressure switch ratings designed for chimney use. LOTS of those units have cracked heat exchangers and/or popped compression rivets on the heat exchanger. I would get it checked properly. Buy a high efficiency furnace if you want to vent it thru a wall and go with a electric hot water heater to get rid of the chimney.
