The company I work for is so slow that my boss said he's going to start laying guys off in 2 weeks. Anyone else this slow? Or is just us?

We are pretty slow and won't get busy until around May long weekend. Either a feast or a famine in this business. Fortunately some of my junior guys are in school and I am the senior tech. Get a bit more hours that way. Made lots on OT this Winter so a break is not so bad.
