I have a raised ranch, approx 2000 sf, layered brick with stud frame insulation, thermal pane windows (12 yrs old), house is 40 yrs old.
I am looking to install a 90+ Goodman furnace and 13 seer AC unit.
What size BTU furnace and AC coil and condenser would you recommend? I live in the Chicago area.
I've been looking at a 2 stage multi speed Goodman gas furance.

You will need a Manual J load calculation to determine that. If you're replacing then replace with same size units.
