Has anyone ever heard of a central unit coil being ruined by dog urine? Can urine cause the copper tubing in a coil to leak all the freon out?
Thank you

Dog pee will definately rot the fins(aluminum) on the coil over time. If this is a problem you can try putting up a fence around the unit, keep enough clearance so dog can't rech unit cuz he will still try to pee on it. Make sure service guy can stll get to unit if necessary. If unit leaks and has rotted fins you should consider replacing it.

That condenser appears to have a fresh coat.

Had a Goodman like that and the customer wanted me to "replace" the condensor coil. Guess what I told him.

Had a dog bite me yesterday. The customer told me that she saw the dog, in Arabia, getting beaten while she was there 6 months ago. She felt sorry for it and brought it home with her.
I hope I don't get some foreign disease.

That dog was probably trained to attack Americans.
