A storm came threw and i was without power for three days. My lennox 26 will not cool now but the fan blows. Is there a way to do a reset?

Go to breaker panel and turn breakers for outdoor and indoor units off, then back on. This will reset almost anything. Then make sure stat is calling for a/c. Is the outdoor unit running? Post results.
