After my A/C (TRANE XR12) has run its cycle or if I turn it off, the fan keeps running for 5 - 10m afterwards. This just started on a unit that is 4 years old but has not been used much. Thoughts?

Hi,
Most 'stat and control logic board has djustable fan time delay one can set. Seems like 10m is too long tho.

This would be caused by either the thermostat, or circuitboard in furnace. Are you sure that problem just started?
Or was it just noticed?
Do you have a zone system?
What is the make and model# of your thermostat in question?
