One zone will not fire boiler. Replaced Thermostat..no luck. Other two zones work fine. Jumped two wires from thermo and one box(Honeywell RA832A) will click but not fire boiler. Two others work fine when their dedicated thermos call for heat. All three units have wires tied together to form common line on way to gas control valve. What is the Honeywell RA832A? A transformer..relay box ? It is about 3" side x 5" tall x 2" deep. Connects to an older HydroTherm boiler. Also, no AC connected to any of these thermos.
Thanks. Fixer1

The RA832A is a circulator relay. When stat calls for heat, this relay powers the circulator which ciculates water throughout that zone. The boiler maintains it's temp on it's own. This means that if the water in that zone is not ciculating, the boiler will not fire. In your case since you said you hear a click when jumping the stat terminals I would have to believe that the RA832A is working properly.
This leaves us with 2 possible problems.
1. Zone is airbound
2. Circulator is bad.
If you wish to begin the repair then run a hose from your boiler to outside or into a drain and I'll guide you from there.
Do you have a meter?
What type of heat is this zone(baseboard, radiators, hydroair)?
