i have a tempstar 2 ton heat/ac pump, no heat or air coming threw the vents, but unit is running.

if the indoor unit is running but not the outdoor: 1. Your capacitor in the outdoor unit may be bad 2. Your condenser breaker may be trippped or off 3. The float switch for the condensate line may be tripped; if the line is backed up 4. If you take off the panel to the outdoor unit and depress the contactor and the unit comes on then you know that your problem is low voltage related (thermostat or circuitry)

Is the indoor fan running at all?
If the motor is not running, but getting power and it spins freely when power is removed, you may only need a capacitor.

there nothing come threw the vents, but unit is running outside when i turn heat or ac on just nothing coming threw the vents on inside, could it be the blower motor fan.
