I have an Intertherm Electric Furnace model # E2EH-020HB. One half of the lower heating coil is staying on and the fan is running contantly at a lower pseed, which is not normal. The heating coils look fine, no burning or melting found, no cross grounding found. I disconecting the power to the coil that is staying on, it is now off but the fan is still running. I disconected the sequencer to the coil, but it stilol stayed on. What could be the issue?

Problem cured. Pulled out the heating coils units (2), discovered one coil pastialy touching the coil assembly frame causing a ground draw. bent coil away from the frame, re-assembled, all works great...
