I have a HVAC system wich contains a water chiller and 3 fan coils , the water chiller runs with 9 Celsius Degrees on output . It has 100 Kw . The fan coils are 5Kw and my problem is that they are not cooling enough that space ( i have measured the air temperture blowed by fancoils and is around 14 degrees Clesius ) . My question is if that is normal to have that difference (9 degrees water to 14 degrees air , inlet air temperature in the fan coil is 25 degrees Clesius) .
And an additional question would be what happend if i reverse the water flow trough fan coil unit ? how much efficiency the fan coil will loose .

Did this problem just occure? Is 9 degC the chill water setpoint? What type of refrigerent, and don't reply Freon. Is the condenser air or water cooled? What are your refrigerent pressures and temps? What is the pump head pressure? Do you have enough water in the system, is the system free of air?If you have a high discharge press. clean the coil/barrel. Clean the strainer! Are the fan coil blower motors at the proper speed. Change the air filters? If it has a WRV make certain that it is set properly. 14 degC supply air will not cool and sufficiently dehumidify the space; you need 10 degC at the most. Chill water coils have a specific direction of water flow, it must be piped up correctly: supply to inlet and outlet to return.

No , it was from the beggining , and yes 9degC is the chill water setpoint . Is more than enough the pump for this system , and yes there is not air in the system . One detail i forgot to mention , when the fan coils were installed the space was still underconstruction and for one month the fan coil workd (heating mode) and i guess the dust passed trough filter , when we have cleaned the filters we had massive dust deposited on them . The coil can't be inspected is a problem . The speed is max one .
I assume that maybe the coil is full of dust bethween his blades .

What about the condenser
