Is it unusual in a 10 year old system to have to replace the fan motor blower (3/4 HP) at year 7 and at year 10?

Not unusual, if your system is ten years old, start saving....probably going to have to replace in the next two years.

did they replace with oem motor from lennox ? also did they replace capacitor with correct size ?
