It would help to also provide the:
outdoor temp
suction temp
liquid temp
Indoor DB/WB and a delta T are nice too.

outdoor temp of 80 suction temp in the 60's not cold at all. indoor dry bulb temp of 78 not sure on wet bulb. i opened the plenum up and looked at evap coil, looked clean , but it was very cold on bottom near tray{like in the 40's} on top of the coil is was only blowing 65 degree air.

Tmoney, It is important to take the readings requested before to accurately diagnose. When pressures are out of whack it is neccesary to determine your superheat and subcooling, otherwise a diagnosis would just be a guess. Sounds like a restriction to me but that's a guess without knowing the liquid line temp. High superheat + high subcooling = restriction.

i cant remember exact liquid line temp thinking it was like 80, the subcooling was at 22 and the superheat was around 30 so thats what was sending me towards thinking a restriction
