We recently replaced our thermistat out for a digital one, and are having problems getting things to work. Following the instructions, we have:
W-White
RH-jumper to RC
G-green
Y/Y1-yellow
The AC unit is GrandAire and the heating unit is a Payne (LOL). Any advice or help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Did you connect a red wire to RH and RC with that jumper?

Yes I did. The fan outside doesn't come on though.

Just the condenser fan? Does the compressor run?

the compressor fan is the one outside? if so then no, that one doesn't come on at all
