Is the Lennox XP19 Heat Pump a private label Trane XL19i or vice-versa?

Yeah, Neither. Trane is owned by Ingersoll Rand and is completely separate from Lennox International. The industry is flooded with "borrowed technology", so many manufacturers, especially in higher efficiency equipment, have very similar equipment.
