I am a layman handyman, just trying to help my brother the pastor...
The AC unit outside works, but the fan inside will not come on. There is not power getting to the fan. I am looking for a wiring schematic to help diagnose this, or maybe an explaination of how it works... thanks in advance.

check thermostat touch g+r it should start spinning.
If not check fuse
If not check capacitor
If the work aint tight it aint right!

Check the indoor unit breaker/fuse panel. Set the fan switch at the t-stat to ON. That's the basics. With out more information, I could ramble on.
