Hi Guys -
I have an issue and could use some help troubleshooting. My blower is not coming on unless I hold in the switch manually. When I hold it in everything seems to work fine. But can not get it to work without me holding in the switch.
I noticed there was a blown fuse on on the board so I replaced that and that is when the blower would work manually. I am thinking there is something wrong with that relay switch but not sure.
Any insights would be great, and thanks in advance for your help.

I assume it's a gas furnace? If so make sure you are putting the cover on properly. I am all most sure thats what it is.
If the work aint tight it aint right!

The Duke is right. Holding in whatever switch you are refering to is potentionally dangerous.

Is that the "door switch" you are referring to? If so then that is normal. Nothing will operate without that switch depressed. If you had a blown fuse then I would suggest leaving the breaker to the furnace off untill the cause is found and fixed. Usually caused by chewed/damaged low voltage wires in or near outdoor unit but could also be a million other things.
