Need help with Trane XL 1400. The unit is in attic and primary drain is not working well. Secondary drain drips on window ledge and is messing up wood and paint. I tried blowing out the line but only worked a few days. Is there a maintenance manual that i can download and want to clean coils in outside unit also.

A shop vac might work.
Does the primary drain have proper slope, or is it a roller coaster.
Verify that the hose under the bathroom sink isn't kinked if your primary drain terminates there. (usually the bathroom nearest the indoor unit)
Bleach in the primary pan can help dissolve slime.
Trane XL1400 is an outdoor unit. Post the model numbers for the manual.
