Do all gas furnaces and air handlers have the same size supply and return opens designed into the systems or are they designed around BTu? If they are different are the common sizes? If so where can I find such info

The openings are relative to the cfm required for proper air-flow, both in the supply and the return.

I do not want to sound stupid but what do you mean cut sheets?
Does each size require a larger opening based on BTu?
