Blower speed normal/air at ducts normal but heat output is low. Both breakers at service panel and at furnace OK, in and out of breakers. Thermostat fairly new and wired correctly. I am capable of repair with some guidance on what to check first? Last? Wiring looks good, too, no burnt wires or poor connections or high resistance indications. Thank you to all you experts, your job is a tough one!

Have you check your heating elements for proper operation? if you are using more than one element your heating system has a sequencer that tells what element and how many are need at a giving time. this is to make sure you don't over load your electrical circuits and to only use what heat you need at a giving time. this last part works with your thermostat (two stage units) or built in timer on circuit board.
You will need to check this out if your elements resistence is ok. Please note: that when checking resistence on elements disconnect power to unit and isolate elements for proper reading. You should show a low reading in omes on your meter.
