pilot ignitor the prob with 2 blue wires appears to be broken is this correct #Q3450c2043 9838 also #42495 001

This prob is the ignitor it has to be one loop 6.3 ohms across the two blue wires, the black wire is the sensor which sometime needs to be cleaned.
