Armstrong sx90 I was measuring 24vac across termial board with recuprative blower running, there was a backfire from gas nozel box, is the main gas valve coming on too soon, or is there a problum with MGV. Thanks for any help

Backfire is usually an indication of the gas failing to light at the apporpiate time. Might have a weak ignitor, or the ignitor, pilot is not set properly to fire off the gas until the chamber is overflowing. I would try and move the ignitor closer to the burner.
