Please - Please - Please - I need a qualified pro to look at my Riello R40. 11 months ago I made a major investement in Buderus G115 and Riello, installed professionally by someone I trust....however they just can't get a handle on the problem from day 1: If the burner is off for too long it won't start (coughs and sputters, etc). (I am a senior citizen). Any references would be greatly appreciated. I am in New Hartford CT.

I suspect a clogged oil line. Where is your tank located?
