hey, nice forum you got here.
i was hoping someone could help me out on gettin my furnace going before i call a professional. i got a carrier 58pav111-12 model furnace. after sitting dormant for the summer it wont fire up. the led light is saying the error/problem is "31" or a basic recap of whats on the front panel "preasure, draft safeguar or vent switch blocked".
any help would be great cause by wednesday its gonna be around the freezing point.

Your furnance can not prove that the induced draft motor is working properly, I would guess. Turn the unit OFF then ON, go to the furnance and verify that the induced dreaft motor and blower wheel are spinning; if they are, then the pc board is more than likely not recieving that signal
