hey ive got and hpt 18-60 jantrol and im replacing it with a honeywell rth7400. so i called honeywell and they told me how to wire it up..the A/C works great so now its starting to get cool in the mornings and when i turn it to heat, the heat comes on for about 30 sec then turns off, and the delay reads PLEASE WAIT, so after 5 minutes the heat comes back on but only runs for about 1-2 minutes, nowhere near the temp i have it set to. what can be wrong..thanks...

my old hpt18-60 was wired

g=g
r=r
o=o
w2=white
c=brown
e=blue
honeywell told me to install like this for the rth7400

0=o/b
w2=aux
e=e
c=c
i did but my heat comes on for about 30 sec then cuts of and the WAIT is displayed and then comes on after 5 minutes and then goes off after 1-2 minutes run time and WAIT is displayed again. could i have a wire crossed somewhere? if i do i think it may be my c and e..cause the A/C works great. just not heat..
