I have a carrier weather maker 8000 series, the blower motor turns on right away when calling for heat and doesn't turn off. I reset the furnace on the main switch but it still starts the same way. The trouble code started at #21 after resetting it I read code #31.Please help.

Are you sure that wasn't a code 12 upon startup? Code 12 is normal after resetting power, read the sticker inside the blower door. Is the other code a 31 or a 13?
If it's 31 you probably have a leaf blocking the air inake screen at the burner.

Thanks for your reply. The code I got from the board is 2 short blinks followed by a long blink then after that it goes into a 3 short blinks follwed by a long blink. The blower fan starts right away when I turn on the power to the furnace even after I reset it and it just runs the whole time.
