I need to know what is causing my brand knew 13 seer trane outside condensing unit heatpump the fan is sqeaking and somtimes sqealing for a secound or two and how to fix it any help would be appreciated

It may be the bearing in the fan motor and if the unit has just been installed, it should be covered under warrany. Call the installer to verify. It may also be refrigerant in the system equalizing which is normal during shut down. Does the unit make this noise on start up and when it shuts off? Knowing this will help.
