Hello, I have a question on a Honeywell Tstat. When the setting is set on an "Auto" ..the blower works with no issue when the heat is called . However, When I try to circulate the air and attempt to set the setting to "Manual on" (Fan on, Circulate only),, the blower does not come on... any help is very much needed.

With T-stat set to fan. If you don't have 24 volts at furnace teminals G & W or 0 volts at R & W. Then you have a bad thermostat or control wiring.

Typical wire colors (Obviously it depends on what the installer decides to use)

Red = 24 volts
White = W1 (heat)
Yellow = Y1 (cool)
Green = G (fan)
Black or Blue (common)
