I have Payne furnace that is not heating up when I turn up the thermostat. The furnace blows air and circulates air in the house but thats as far as the furnace goes after about two minutes the furnace shuts off. There is a fault light blinking and I believe the code is Ignition Proving Failure. I just replace the igniter and it does not show any signs of trying to ignite. At the beging of the summer the furnace blew a fuse which is inside on the curcuit panel. I don't have a manual for the furnace so I can't troubleshoot exactly what is going on. Does anyoe have any suggestions?
