I have an older (~15 yrs) gas coleman forced air furnace with an automatic ignition. So when the thermostat tells it to kick on the pilot lights and then lights the burners. THis all works fine but then the vent just heats up until the limit control switch gets too hot and kills the burners and the blower never turns on. I know the blower can work because if I shut everything off and then switch it back on the blower will run for about a minute. Using a light indicating volt meter, it lights up when i test the fan limit control while the heater is on but when i check the power down right before the blower there is no power. I have no idea what is going on, any help would be great.
