New unit installed in May 2008. From first day a musty, heavy odor comes from both cold and hot air through vents in the house. Never occurred with old Tempstar unit. Replaced drain assembly (manufacturer suggestion) and return pipe, still no change. Now that heat is being used smell has increased significantly. Dealer wants to blame everything but the unit. Any ideas?
