What problems? First thing you do is pull the inducer and the back plate so you can check the condition of the plastic part of the secondary heat exchanger. Cracked heat exchanger ends everything.

Great install. You need to be a little more specific on the the details.

This fan control you are having problems with is an after market fan time control. Some wizard put it in to by-pass the stock part when it blew. First thing you must do is pay a fully qualified tech to come in and straiten out all your wiring problems and start fresh. Mickey mouse has been there too many times. Your wiring diagram does not include this after market fan control because there isn't a furnace maufacturer that would use such a piece "O" s#@$ for a fan control.Sorry I can't help but that is my opinion and I have been doing this for 28 years.

Dang... I just disassembled a Heil/Sears unit that looks just like the one pictured, and it has a HeatCraft control that looks exactly the same code dated 0890 in a 91 unit that got junked because the plastic on the side of the secondary had five cracks in it.

If that black pipe with the galvanized hooked to it is gas, in my area that will get your meter turned off.
