I have a Carrier Weathermaker SX furance Model# 58SXA080-JG . After a heating cycle there is water on the floor around the base of the furance. Looked in blower compartment and see water around blower, also have water in electronic air cleaner. Can anyone tell me what to look for. Is this something a home owner can fix. Thanks for your help.

Bill

Check all your condensate hoses if there are no leaks on them then likely your secondary heat exchanger is done. No you wont be able to fix this yourself. Thats an older model and they had a pretty high failure rate. Should still be under lifetime warranty if your the original owner.

Call in a Carrier dealer for warranty.
