Rheem Imperial 90 plus - I have a problem where the unit locks out. i've had servicemen in here many times and no one has resolved the problem and $900 later no change. they've change gas valves, Cleaned and inspected combustion chamber, replaced ignitor etc. i'm at my witts end because I felt from the beginning it the ICM. Reason..unit had a condensate leak which leaked on to the ICM. I noticed on the upper left hand corner of the board a brown burnt spot around 4-5 resistors. They ignored my comments and here I am. I've noticed that when the T stat calls for heat, initially it will fire and may or may not stay on. I usually need to flip the local on/off switch a few times to reset the unit. It locks out. This becomes more difficult when the temp drops below the 40's. Should I replace the ICM board or do you think it might be something else?
If so, I'm having a hell of a time trying to located one. Is there a site you can recommend for this board. Also, How can I test the board to be sure? Frustrated in Union Beach, N.Jersey

does the unit have a flame sensor? if not it is ifc but if there is check flame sensor first clean it with steal wool
