Ok, I live in an apartment and the manager here is too cheap to send out a real hvac person and keeps sending the maintenance man who obviously doesn't know what he's doing, so hopefully you guys can help. My heat does not go off, even in the off position. When I flip the breaker and let things reset it works ONCE when it falls below the temperature... but the second time it never goes off, and we start all over again. The maintenance man has replaced the t-stat, and says he has replaced the relay. I'm tired of coming home to a 90 degree house ;[ ... throw me some suggestions to give this guy, please!

1) time delay for heat sequencer is stuck closed and letting voltage to fan circuit. This is not something an average maintenance man should deal with call a pro.
