remove pilot tubing and pilot burner assembly. 3/8box wrench to take off thermocouple on gas valve, 7/16box wrench to take pilot tubing off gas valve. Remove pilot tubing from pilot burner assembly also 7/16wrench clean orfice reasemble check for gas leaks and adjust pilot flame. Chances are your pilot burner orfice is completly clogged and will have to be cleaned. A very very thin peice of wire and patience can clear the orfice whole or wholes, sometimes a very very very very fine prescision pick or screwdriver can get into the whole and clean it. I am a pro so I have the actual pump gun to blow out obstructions in the assembly, and the pilot orfice reamer as well, but you can do it with the above listed, it just takes time and paitence.

forgot to mention the ferrel on the pilot tubing is known to come undone when you do this and its for this reason its best to run new pilot tubing, I highly suggest you scrounge up the change and have a pro make the repair gas is not something to play around with. Especially if its propane, propane falls heavier than air and can cause a major explosion, natuaral gas is nothing to joke about either, the other issue may be in how your trying to light the pilot, follow the instructions on the boiler. Also, cleaning the thermocouple is not reccomended its a nickle and dime part, replace it with equivilant length of old one. A thermocouple is the only saftey control you have if the thermocouple fails gas dumps out readily and is not a good thing.
