Just put it in 2.5 ton 13 ser cond.. new 3/4 - 3/8 line set 30' long. 3 Ton airhandler and 068 piston. My pressures dont seem right. 70 Deg far outside low side 48-50 high side 148-150. 70 deg inside and 63 deg out of the supply vent. 7 deg difference. and cant get it to take any Ref 22.
HELP!!!!!!!

Did you pull this system in a vaccum? Did you install a filter drier? Was old system a burnout? Did you leak test new install ? With a 70 deg ambient inside/ outside how long did you run the system before checking pressures? Was your cfm/ airflow checked? Blower settings checked? Ductwork ok ? check piston size with install literature? Did you add any refrigerant before opening the service valves, while it was in a vaccum? Did you use plumbing solder instead of brazing the unit?
