I have a Carrier hydronic blower system in my house P/N FB4ANF02400AFAA. Model number FB4ANF024 S/N 2496A11320 both in the attic and downstairs. The problem is when I turn the heat to the on position on the thermostat (upstairs units) the fan starts immediately even thought the system is cool. Then, after things heat up I need to turn the heat on the thermostat to the off position and the fan shuts off after things cool down. I have checked the Aquastat and it works fine. I removed the side panel and check all the wiring and every thing is solid. The unit is 12 years old and worked fine for many years. My downstairs unit works fine. Another point during the cooling season the upstairs system works fine with the central air.
Question: Should I replace the control board? The capacitor is fine because the fans kicks in.
