My furnace is blinks 4 times indicating an open limit switch. My problem is, per the diagram I found there looks like there are 3 of these switches and none of them "clicl" when I press them; which I thought would indicate that they have been reset. My fan blows and blows and the heat does not come on.

If the fan runs all the time this is a sign that a limit is open. If they won’t reset then one of then may be defective. If you have access to a volt meter you could see what one is open.

How exactly do I know if I reset them. Do I just press them?

Yes but depending on the logic in your furnace you may have to kill the main power for 10 seconds then turn it back on.
