Getting just the fan blowing with no warm air on my furnace. The pilot lights the burners then the burners shut off and the fan continues to blow for a few minutes.
The furnace then shuts off for a few minutes and process continues. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Clean ( sand ) the flame rod. Look for a single bare wire in the flame.

Thank you Xenos, you probably saved me $150. I had the same problem and once I figured out where the heck the flame rod was it fixed it. I will monitor it over the next few days but it is much warmer in here right now. It suppose to get down to 18 tonight so it comes at a great time.

Thanks again!!!

I wish I had waited for your response. I had an extra control module(new) so I installed that first. Then after 3 hours of manual reading I found the part where it said to clean the flame sensor-lo and behold-just finished putting the cover on and we have heat.
Thanks for the prompt reply. My 3 girls will sleep well tonight. (wife and 2 daughters)

It's about 36F right now(outside temp) up here in Canada and we've been without heat for 2 days(60F inside) as I've been too stubborn to shell out the 100 bucks for a service repairman. Finally had the time to troubleshoot tonight and glad I waited.

By the way, how do you mean (sand) the flame rod? All I did was wipe it with a cloth....
