I have a furnace with White-Rodgers control unit 50A50-241. The inducer blower runs continuously whether the unit is set to heat, cool, or off.
Cool mode functions correctly, except for the inducer running continuously.
Heat mode gives a "pressure switch stuck closed" message because the inducer is running when it is not supposed to be. If I disconnect the inducer, the controller gives a "pressure switch stuck open" message because the inducer does not come on. If I disconnect the inducer and reconnect after the appropriate time period so the pressure switches get the correct signals, the burners will light and function normally.
Why does the inducer fan run continuously?

Sounds like the relay in the board is stuck closed.
Xenos.
The best way to escape a problem is to solve it.
