Replaced old thermostat with Honeywell CT87B. Heat worked last winter but now we get no AC. We have red, blue, white and green wires. Connected Red to Rh Green to G White to W Blue to Y...
First tried above and it didn't work..then
Per manual pic installed jumper from Rh to Rc...still no AC. Should BLUE still be on Y? How can I test if compressor works?

Y is the compressor wire.
Xenos.
The best way to escape a problem is to solve it.

You do need the Rh-Rc jumper on a 4 wire system. You can try putting red, green, and blue together to see if the fan and compressor runs. If you do this with the thermostat removed and it runs then there's a problem with the thermostat.
Keep Cool!
