I have a Lennox hp20-311. Here's the deal. When I push the 208 relay in the compressor kicks in. I measured the voltage to the relay an instead of 24VAC i'm getting 4 VAC. If I disconnect the compressor from the interior unit I'm reading 24VAC on the Black, Blue, and Red lines relative to Green. Do I have a short somewhere?

Can somebody tell me where this short may be. I noticed the cool is off I'm still getting a reading of 6VAC on the Red relative to the Green. It seems to me they all should be 0?

I think you have an open safety. Push in the red button on the small coper line.

Xenos.

The best way to escape a problem is to solve it.
