I have a Bryant gas furnace , intermittent ingition, 3 orafice. The blower runs constantly unless I turn off the power to the system. The gas valve will not open to allow gas to go to the burners. It is an electronic control board for the valve and blower system.

Blown control fuse can also cause this.

I would check for an open limit switch or the circuit board might be bad.
