Where can I find a wiring diagram or schematic for the Trane RLY02807 time delay printed circuit board?

History:
The blower will not shut off. It runs continuously whether the thermistat switch is in the off, on or auto position. I opened up the unit and troubleshooted. The R8222U 1071 relay appears
to be functioning correctly. Thus I can only assume that the time delay pcb (ST82A1015) is bad. The ST82A1015 is obsolete and is replaced by the RLY02807.

Part Numbers:
Unit TWV730B140A0
PCB (OLD) ST82A1015 (NEW) RLY02807
Thermistat Honeywell CT3611

Unless you know of a voltage surge, you may only have a cold solder joint on the existing board. Inspect the connections while carefully wiggling the components or just lightly re-solder the connections on the board.

You should have gotten a wiring diagram with the new RLY. At any rate it should match wire for wire with the old relay.

Connections are:
Terminal A - 24 VAC (RD) from Transformer
B - 24 VAC (BL) from Transformer
6 - WH/J to heater plug
T - GR from LV Field connection
4 - BL Common from LV Field Connection

High Voltage Side (FAN)

1 - common
3 - (NO) contact

Good Luck

All refrigerants are safe - All refrigerant are dangerous. The difference is YOU !!!

What i find is the Time delay doesn't shut the fan relay down fast enough which cause excess acring and one day causes the relay to arc close the relay. But the new relay doesn't seem to do this.
