We starting up my furnace, about the time the purge fan increases in speed, I receive the error code "43" (or 34) I have tried cycling the system several times but with no avail. I tried replacing the ignitor but that did not work. This is a combo Heat/AC system, and I did not have any problems with AC this summer or heat last winter. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Code 34 or 43......read the back of the furnace door on how to read the codes and then get back to us.....

It was code 43. I started "tinkering" with it and discovered that the low heat pressure switch was stuck. A quick tap on the housing and inspection of the tubing, and she fired right up. Thank goodness as the temp is suppose to get in the 30's tonight and the house was already in the low 50's. Yeah I know, us Southern Rednecks........... Anyway, thanks for the response.
