Heil blower comes on fine but won't shut off until power interupted. Circuit board in not jumpered for "continuous" blower operation.

Ideas? Any source on-line for a schematic for this board?

does the heat work? and is there power to the G terminal on the furnace?

Yes heat works and there is power to "G"

then thats why the fan runs non-stop, you either have a relay bad in the board holding power on g, or the t-stat is powering g for some reason.
